Strap The Young One: Good for baby, Good for parents

Walking with The Young One is essential for numerous reasons.... Number 1, bonding with dada, number 2, exercise for dada, 3, fresh air, 4, opportunity for learning about sounds of nature (note: see spit rag in left hand: security measures are always in place...)
And most essential is number 5: nap time is more likely to occur.

Having The Young One in the house, we still eat, however, Young One usually insists he comes first...(yum, steak and -yes- red wine! -what a well balanced meal)

Momma said there would be days like these...

and nights like those...

Sleep schedule: eRRaTic

7:30pm Sleep, in crib (yay!)

10:00pm Crying (boo!)

10:30pm another 2 oz and back to sleep

12:30am Crying, wet diaper, change, pee on mommy, pee on wall, Feed 3.5 oz, burp, sleep again

2:15am See 12:30

4:30am Crying, dad takes this one: reports back small poo, more pee, 2 oz down

6:15am see 12:30am

7:30am up again, wet diaper, feed 3 oz, back down

8:15am up for good, lets play!

The rest of the day has been blurry blurs...but tomorrow my BD (baby daddy) booked me a hair appointment and a 1 hour massage (husband of the year award has been granted) PLUS grandmag is coming over -so another date night! I hope I don't sleep through it...

The happy family went to DC for an enlistment ceremony-we missed the ceremony but made it to lunch. Milo was a hit w/ his little dress blue Navy onesie! After lunch there was an emergency diaper change. Petty Officer Easy was quick to report to diaper duty -good thing it was only a wet one...
This was the first piece of clothing I bought for Milo...oh how cute! -Unfortunately he's about to outgrow it!

This guy can fall asleep just about anywhere...

Just got back from the 2 month appt. He is now 13 lbs 9 oz and 25 inches long! As a reminder, he was 6 lbs and 14 oz and 20 inches at birth. This boy is a beast!
