the 3yo photographer

"Back in my day we had to roll the film into the camera, take pics without the immediate satisfaction of seeing them pop up on a fancy screen (!), wait forever for them to get processed at some box store, and then go to pick them up weeks later and half of them were either blurry or otherwise fucked or lame and then they might go into a shoebox somewhere or a photo album if they made that final cut.  Rarely in a frame on a wall.

So glad things have changed...otherwise my kids might only have, like, a dozen or so photos that conform to standards of good taste of themselves in these fabulous formative years.

Now they have THOUSANDS!  Before they're even ONE!  Yay for mommy parent photographers!

So here's Mr. Milo playing with my fancy-ass point and shoot...and he doesn't even have to wait 42 weeks to get these pics back...!

Early morning, in all my glamour and glory.
It takes alot of lost sleep to look this sleek, ya'll.

Never enough bare foots in ma opinions

"Look, mommy!  I take picture of myself!"

The perspective is this photo is just...pure post modernism, yes?
