9 months

So before he turns 10 months, let me drop the stats on the 9 monther...
20 lbs, 8 oz (50th percentile)
30 inches (97th percentile)
Crawling like it's his JOB and acquiring the necessary scrapes and bruises that inevitably prevail! Little E continues to smile and laugh with the best of them and yes, he sleeps through the night...

Done went Private

Yes, I felt it was time to privatize this blog! If anything, just to protect my family from the Swine Flu...you can never be too carefull!

So, thanks to the small few of you who find my postings educational, informative, and, at times, down right offensive...

Celtic Festival

Milo and company went to the Celtic Festival yesterday -who said Calvert County doesn't have any culture? Milo stayed entertained by all the activity -bag pipers, vendors, games, and then a run-in with his friend Parker.

I love the Celtic Festival!

Parker, who is a mere 3 weeks older than Milo, is still learning how to protect himself from the quick and strong clutches of my son...I'm sure these two will be in karate class with each other in a few short years....where there will be many matches and re-matches...Of course, Milo could just be wanting to tell Parker a secret while plugging his nose and pulling his hair...I like to give Milo the benefit of the doubt...

Parker and the 'rents..

Oh, the sweet vision of a sleeping baby at the end of a stimulating day...

chew and ponder

"This is one of the more interesting placed toys in this room. Not only can I chew on it, but there is quite a view to ponder. I wonder if Penquins have knees...hmmm, let me chew and ponder...chew and ponder..."

wrestling with a 19 pounder...

"Love you mom, but...

You can't make me take a nap!

"I will clobber you with this stupid fan!"

You asked for it...

My work here is done...."

crawling adventures 102

"I know how mum-sie loves to re-arrange. So I thought I might help her out. They never read these books or watch these movies anyway...so let's just get rid of 'em..."

"okay...now I'm off to help with the plugs and cords,or maybe the kitty needs me to pet her..."

Shots from Easter

Over the Easter weekend we drove off to G'ma's house where there were a flurry of friends and family to visit! Here are a few snaps of Milo hanging with some new friends: Jaime's little youngsters, Benjamin and Lillian. And then in the arms of Cassidy -laughing hysterically at the tap tap tapping on the sliding glass door. Then, of course, it wouldn't be a trip to g'mas without riding the lawnmower. That's aunt Betsy with g'ma and Uncle Ben cheering her on...ah, the simple the things!
